It made getting around so convenient, especially for exploring the city and catching trains to other destinations. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist me during my stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a Japanese style that added a unique touch. I was pleasantly surprised to find that breakfast was included in the room rate, making it even more value for money. All in all, I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

This hotel is in a prime location, just a few minutes' walk from both the ferry terminal and the train station. It was the perfect spot for exploring the local area, such as the beautiful Ritsurin garden. The free breakfast was a pleasant surprise, offering a mix of Japanese and Western options, and the staff were friendly and helpful with any requests.
The building itself was quite old and dated, with some areas looking a little run down. the rooms were on the smaller side and lacked natural light.

Convenient location near train station, car rental, and ferry terminals. Clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Large room with enough space. Good access to main JR station and local station. Many nearby restaurants.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

The hotel's prime location makes it a great choice for those who want easy access to transportation. Several local restaurants, such as a Boulangerie, are just a stone's throw away from the hotel. the rooms are clean, and the staff is helpful in assisting guests with various needs.
Despite the hotel's excellent location, the rooms lack proper insulation, and noise can easily filter through the walls.

The hotel is conveniently located near transportation hubs and places of interest. the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Enjoyed the free amenities like the fast Wi-Fi and the fridge in the room.
The hotel lacked personality and a warm welcoming atmosphere. Walls of the room were too thin and disruptive noise from other rooms and the street outside easily penetrated the room creating sleep disturbance.
